Blended from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier grapes, this shimmering, pale gold champagne has a light, fruity nose with soft overtones of white fruits, like pears and apples. Well balanced with a long finish, it has fine bubbles. It's ideal as an aperitif, and its lightness makes it an ideal complement to fish or white meat. Serve chilled between 6-7°C
